My path to coaching was rooted in service and inspired by incredible mentors, leaders, and loved ones.
These role models reinforced for me that everything begins and ends with authentic relationships, follow-through, and curiosity.
Fueled by these lessons and a desire for meaningful impact, I embraced career transitions that would help me become an adaptable leader. I now strive to serve clients the way others have supported me: by holding up a kind but honest mirror to outdated patterns, stories, and behaviors in service to their goals.

EXPERIENCE
With more than 18 years of experience in Fortune 50 tech, including a 12-year tenure at Microsoft, I've excelled in executive leadership, strategy, Ops, HR, IT, and Finance.
Leaving Microsoft in 2014, I embraced nonprofit leadership as City Year Seattle's Executive Director, deepening my commitment to service, justice, and equity.
Later, at Amazon Web Services, I spearheaded Executive Onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for leaders.
As a certified coach with credentials from ICF and Hudson Institute since 2013, along with being a Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach, I am committed to continuous development.
